This policy explains the automatic renewal terms for your SocialImpact subscription.
1. Automatic Renewal
- Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Billing cycles are monthly, quarterly, or annually, based on your plan.
2. Renewal Notifications
- You will receive a reminder 3 days before the renewal date.
- Make sure your contact details are up to date to receive notifications.
3. Subscription Plan Changes
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime, with changes applied to the next billing cycle.
- Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.
4. How to Cancel Renewal
- Log in to your account and follow the cancellation steps.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date.
5. Refunds for Renewals
- Renewal payments are non-refundable, except for unused portions of a subscription.
- If there’s a billing error, contact support within 3 days of renewal.
6. Changes to This Policy
- We may update this policy at any time, with immediate effect upon posting.
