1. Automatic Renewal

  • Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Billing cycles are monthly, quarterly, or annually, based on your plan.

2. Renewal Notifications

  • You will receive a reminder 3 days before the renewal date.
  • Make sure your contact details are up to date to receive notifications.

3. Subscription Plan Changes

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime, with changes applied to the next billing cycle.
  • Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

4. How to Cancel Renewal

  • Log in to your account and follow the cancellation steps.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date.

5. Refunds for Renewals

  • Renewal payments are non-refundable, except for unused portions of a subscription.
  • If there’s a billing error, contact support within 3 days of renewal.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this policy at any time, with immediate effect upon posting.
